Affiliate cookies (set by GOG): When you click a "Buy on GOG" link, you are directed to GOG via an affiliate tracking URL (go.adt256.com). GOG may set a cookie on their domain to track whether you complete a purchase. This cookie is set by GOG, governed by GOG's Privacy Policy, and is outside our control.

  • Form submissions are used only to respond to your message or send the newsletter you requested.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • We do not use your data for advertising or retargeting.
  • Newsletter subscribers receive only the DRM Free Weekly. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

EU/UK visitors (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. You have the right to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Form submissions are stored in Netlify until you request deletion. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. We do not retain data longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected.
